1. Overview
Design Consultations & Custom Solutions: These services are tailored to your specific needs and delivered digitally. As such, they are non-refundable once the service is completed or deliverables are provided.
Exceptions: Refunds or revisions may be granted in cases of unmet project scope, technical errors on our part, or failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds/Revisions
To qualify for a refund or revision, you must:
Submit a request within 7 days of service completion or delivery of final files.
Provide clear documentation of the issue (e.g., incomplete deliverables, technical flaws).
Not have already approved or utilized the final deliverables.
3. Process for Requests
Contact Us: Email service@irvinginc.org with your order number, issue details, and supporting evidence.
Review: We will assess your request within 3–5 business days.
Resolution: If approved, we will either:
Revise the deliverables to meet the agreed scope.
Issue a partial or full refund (see Section 4).
4. Refund Guidelines
Cancellations Before Work Begins: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment.
Mid-Project Cancellations: Refunds are prorated based on work completed.
Completed Projects: No refunds unless we fail to meet contractual obligations.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Changes to your design preferences after approval.
Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes (e.g., aesthetic choices) unless explicitly guaranteed in the project agreement.
Delays caused by incomplete client-provided information or feedback.
6. Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing) may be deducted from refund amounts.
